Working days - Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays

• Personalised items/Gift Sets will take 2-3 working days to process. 
  *ORDERS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY EVENING - SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY*

• Orders will be dispatched on working days (Mondays to Fridays, except Public Holidays).

• In-stock non-customised items will be mailed within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.

• Curated gift boxes will be delivered at least 1 week after order is confirmed. 

• For orders with large quantities, items will be mailed at least 2 weeks after order is confirmed.

• Additional charge for urgent orders (ie, ready in 1-2 days).

Note: In the event that we are facing large orders (ie, peak periods), please include additional time for delivery as we require more time to craft your goods. You shall be notified when such events arise.

Note that we will always update you via email with end product photos once your order is done and ready to be dispatched. Always keep a lookout in your email to be updated! Also, please provide us with accurate email address/contact number.

FOR DELIVERY OF ORDERS

• Free doorstep delivery for purchases over $60 unless stated otherwise.

• Door-to-door Delivery Service: Additional charge of $4.50 (Within 2 Working days to your doorstep!).

Note that some Giftset/Giftbox orders that are over $150 (with fragile items) will be specially dispatched and delivered by our own delivery driver that we've top up additionally on top of $4.50 fee to have your orders delivered safely with no tracking number provided but 100% assured best delivery service. 

 

Apparels or ala-carte items that are non-fragile will be delivered via courier service with tracking number sent to you for tracking purpose.
