SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

FOR PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Working days - Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays

​

  • Personalised items/Gift Sets will take 2-3 working days to process. (Usually 2 working days)
    *ORDERS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY EVENING - SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY*

  • Orders will be dispatched on working days (Mondays to Saturdays, no delivery/pick up on Public Holidays).

  • For orders with large quantities, items will be mailed at least 2 weeks after order is confirmed.

  • Additional charge for urgent orders (ie, ready in 1-2 days).

Note: In the event that we are facing large orders (ie, peak periods), please include additional time for delivery as we require more time to craft your goods. You shall be notified when such events arise.

Note that we will always update you via email with end product photos once your order is done and ready to be dispatched. Always keep a lookout in your email to be updated! Also, please provide us with accurate email address/contact number.

FOR DELIVERY OF ORDERS

  • Free doorstep delivery for purchases over $60 unless stated otherwise.

  • Door-to-door Delivery Service: Additional charge of $3.50 (Within 2-3 Working days to your doorstep!).

Good news!

From 24th October 2025 (subjected to changes as we only look out for reliable courier company which we are very satisfied with the current one!) - Our delivery fee has been adjusted from $4.50 to $3.50 (2-3 working days for delivery with tracking link updates with photo attached)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • ​Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • A full refund will be provided if the items are badly damaged due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Apparels can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery.
