  • HOW TO REDEEM SQUAD REWARDS?
  • HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SPECIALLY CURATE A GIFTBOX/PERSONALISED ITEM?
    Processing time takes about 2 - 3 working days. *ORDERS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY EVENING - SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY*. If you need us to expedite your order, kindly chat us up first before placing your order so that we're able to check if we're able to allocate a courier booking slot for you. Resin-coated items about 1-2 weeks to process. In the event of overwhelming orders, at least 1 week of time for us to specially curate a giftbox. However, if you are in a hurry to receive a giftbox, do let us know by email and we'll try to expedite for you if we're able to! To make sure your gift arrives on time place your order at least one to two weeks in advance. You can always order in advance, and let us know when you wish to have your gift sent out.
  • IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK?
    Note that Giftset/Giftbox orders are specially dispatched and delivered by our own delivery driver that we've top up additionally on top of $4.50 fee to have your orders delivered safely with no tracking number provided but 100% assured best delivery service. Apparels or ala-carte items that are non-fragile will be delivered via courier service with tracking number sent to you for tracking purpose.
  • WILL I GET TO VIEW THE END PRODUCT BEFORE DELIVERY?
    Yes! You will! We will always update you via email with end product photos once your order is done and ready to be dispatched. Always keep a lookout in your email to be updated! Also, please provide us with accurate email address/contact number. Note that if order is to be delivered to recipient, kindly include recipient's contact number. If it's meant to be a surprise gift, kindly "add a note" or email us to notify us. Thank you!
  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
    We delivers within Singapore except for: 1.Changi Airport / 2.Alps Ave / 3.Sentosa / 4.Jurong Island We delivers to other countries as well, do drop us a message to enquire the rates!
  • DO THE GIFTBOX COMES WITH A NOTE/MESSAGE?
    Yes, we will include a designed postcard with the message that you have provide us when you order or a standard message from us according to the occasion intended for the particular Giftbox that you ordered. If we do not have any note/message column in your chosen giftbox listing, kindly "Add a note" at checkout page.
  • I HAVE MULTIPLE CODES, BUT WHY AREN'T THEY WORKING?"
    Unfortunately, you can only choose one code at a time during each checkout, as none of our codes are stackable.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Our sales are final. (Well, you gotta trust us, they'll definitely love it!) Unless for apparels, we are able to refund if item is returned within 14 days with valid reason. We don't do exchanges as our items are all specially crafted/personalized.
  • MY GIFTBOX IS A GIFT, WILL THERE BE ANY INVOICE OR PRICE SHOWN?"
    We will not show prices on the Giftbox, neither do we include invoices in the Giftbox.
  • DO YOUR GIFTBOX DESIGN EVER CHANGE?
    Yes, as we'll always be coming up with new ideas and constantly refresh our existing boxes to surprise you and your loved ones.
