HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SPECIALLY CURATE A GIFTBOX?
Processing time takes about 2-3 days. In the event of overwhelming orders, at least 1 week of time for us to specially curate a giftbox. However, if you are in a hurry to receive a giftbox, do let us know by email and we'll try to expedite for you if we're able to! To make sure your gift arrives on time place your order at least one to two weeks in advance.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

DO THE GIFTBOX COMES WITH A NOTE/MESSAGE?
Yes, we will include a designed postcard with the message that you have provide us when you order or a standard message from us according to the occasion intended for the particular Giftbox that you ordered.
I HAVE MULTIPLE CODES, BUT WHY AREN'T THEY WORKING?
Unfortunately, you can only choose one code at a time during each checkout, as none of our codes are stackable.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our sales are final. (Well, you gotta trust us, they'll definitely love it!)
MY GIFTBOX IS A GIFT, WILL THERE BE ANY INVOICE OR PRICE SHOWN?
We will not show prices on the Giftbox, neither do we include invoices in the Giftbox.
DO YOUR GIFTBOX DESIGN EVER CHANGE?
Yes, as we'll always be coming up with new ideas and constantly refresh our existing boxes to surprise you and your loved ones.
