Good news!
From 24th October 2025 (subjected to changes as we only look out for reliable courier company which we are very satisfied with the current one!) - Our delivery fee has been adjusted from $4.50 to $3.50 (2-3 working days for delivery with tracking link updates with photo attached)
Paynow/Credit/Debit Card can be used upon checkout.

Processing time takes about 2 - 3 working days.
Delivery is within the next 2 working days once your order is ready!
Always try to cater some buffer time for your orders to avoid any disappointment (:

If you need us to expedite your order, kindly chat us up first before placing your order so that we're able to check if we're able to allocate a courier booking slot for you.
Kindly understand that every orders are first cart out first process basis in order, if you require your order to be expedited always chat up and an additional charge will be added to your expedited order, thank you for your understanding!
In the event of overwhelming orders, at least 1 week of time for us to specially curate a giftbox. However, if you are in a hurry to receive a giftbox, do let us know by email and we'll try to expedite for you if we're able to! To make sure your gift arrives on time place your order at least one to two weeks in advance.
You can always order in advance, and let us know when you wish to have your gift sent out.
Yes, we will include a designed postcard with the message that you have provide us when you order or a standard message from us according to the occasion intended for the particular Giftbox that you ordered.
If we do not have any note/message column in your chosen giftbox listing, kindly "Add a note" at checkout page.
Yes, there will be tracking number to track via our courier once order is ready by email.
In the event whereby your order is too fragile or odd-sized, we will make special delivery arrangement for you and will keep you notified!

We will always update you via email with end product photos once your order is done and ready to be dispatched. Always keep a lookout in your email to be updated! Also, please provide us with accurate email address/contact number.
Note that if order is to be delivered to recipient, kindly include recipient's contact number. If it's meant to be a surprise gift, kindly "add a note" or email us to notify us. Thank you!
We delivers within Singapore except for:
1.Changi Airport / 2.Alps Ave / 3.Sentosa / 4.Jurong Island
We delivers to other countries as well, do drop us a message to enquire the rates!
Unfortunately, you can only choose one code at a time during each checkout, as none of our codes are stackable.
Our sales are final. (Well, you gotta trust us, they'll definitely love it!)
Unless for apparels, we are able to refund if item is returned within 14 days with valid reason.
We don't do exchanges as our items are all specially crafted/personalized.
We will not show prices on the Giftbox, neither do we include invoices in the Giftbox.
